Description: 

Dive into a Sea of Feelings!
At our Ocean of Emotion camp, kids will explore their feelings just like riding the waves of the ocean - sometimes calm, something wild. Through games, crafts, and group activities, your child will learn how to navigate emotions, build friendships and find their calm. 

Morning Session:
Surfing the Emotional Waves
Discover different feelings and learn how emotions rise and fall like ocean waves. Kids will practice noticing their feelings and practice calming techniques to "ride the waves" with confidence. 
Afternoon Session:
Strengthening important social-emotional skills like empathy, cooperation, respectful communication and problem-solving. This session focuses on helping kids build healthy relationships and feel more confident working with others in everyday situations. 

All sessions will include a yummy snack, fun activities and project-takeaways. Content will be engaging and relevant to each age group. 
*Rising 5th Graders will have an opportunity for a break out session that focuses on social emotional health in Middle School.
